Tel: N/A

Formerly a road bridge, but now pedestrianized Windsor Bridge passes over the river Thames between Windsor and Eton.  Said to have been first built in the 12th century AD, the earliest reference to it Windsor Bridge is recorded in 1172 AD when Osbert de Bray collected over £4 from tolls. The wooden bridge was replaced with its current form in 1822. Most recently refurbished in 2002, it remains to this day the quickest and arguably the finest walking route into Eton from Windsor.
